-Tired of worrying about class times that don't fit into your schedule? Fitness 1o1 has you COVERED! Scheduling is made easy. Use our app to schedule your sessions on days and times that work for YOU!


Certified personal trainers adapt training to work with any fitness level, all ages and fitness goals.

-Lose weight, build muscle, focus on sport specific training and more! We've got you COVERED!


-We utilize many training styles depending on your fitness level and goals such as: weight training, cardiovascular, core & flexibility training, HIIT training, cross training and MORE!

-We take several different measurements to help TRACK your progress. Your workout plan is updated as your fitness level improves.

YOU decide how many sessions per week. We offer plans ranging from 1 to 3 days per week, OR take advantage of our UNLIMITED plan and come in as many days as you'd like!

Nutritional Coaching

Work with a Certified Health Coach to monitor your eating habits. You will receive a nutritional game plan, as well as weekly check-ins to discuss your progress. Adjustments made as needed. 

Personalized Work Out Plans

Need a workout plan to do at home or at your own gym? A Certified Personal Trainer will design a  6-12 week program based on your current fitness level and individual goals. Programs are updated every 3 weeks.
