Licensed Physical Therapist - State of Ohio

Growing up, I was heavily involved in different sports - baseball, soccer, basketball, and track & field. Track & field ended up being my main sport, where I was a two-time Illinois state qualifier in high school and team captain for the University of Cincinnati men's track & field team. My interest in sports and exercise, in general, led me to want to become a physical therapist, where I am able to help rehab people so that they can return to the activities that they love.
My big turning point was in 2019 when I found out I had a congenital heart abnormality. I had open heart surgery in December 2019 to correct this abnormality. Leading up to the surgery, there were months that I was unable to exercise for fear of having an adverse cardiac event due to my heart condition. Now that I've had the surgery, it's given me a much greater appreciation for my health and ability to perform physical activity.
My purpose for coaching is to help people improve their quality of life by taking control of their health and wellness. I strive to serve all of those who see the need to make positive changes in their lifestyle to improve their health, but especially those who are facing significant barriers that keep them from experiencing their ideal health.
