American Health Care Academy: CPR/AED Certification
My name is Samuel Accorinti, a Marine Corps Veteran of four years honorable service. Growing up I did play sports but that’s not what drew me into the fitness industry. Growing up I was always smaller and less confident than others. I felt like I never fit in. I treated everyone the same because in my eyes we are all equal. As I grew older I realized taking care of your body and staying active is the key to real wealth for yourself. I gained my confidence from daily exercise and prioritizing my health. I look forward to helping others come to this realization as well.
The turning point in my life happened when my younger brother tragically passed in the summer of 2016 while I was still serving in the military. It made me realize that life is too short to not prioritize self care and focus on the things that really matter in this life. My priorities in life is my Faith in Christ, my family, my health, and promoting the health of others.
My purpose for coaching is to help people gain confidence, in both themselves and in the gym. I love setting goals with my clients, and creating a plan that supports each individual’s needs in order to achieve them.
